Shipping & Delivery Policy

At NourishGuard, we aim to get your breastfeeding and pumping apparel to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below so you know what to expect when placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Product launches
  • Sales or promotions
  • Holidays or peak seasons

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing) vary by location and carrier, but generally fall within:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

NourishGuard is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Weather, customs, or carrier disruptions

Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your tracking shows your package as delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

NourishGuard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist

We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered unless the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package

We may issue a refund minus original shipping costs or offer reshipment for an additional fee.
