What does UPF 50+ mean, and how does it protect me?
UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor. Our shirts are rated UPF 50+, meaning they block at least 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays, providing excellent sun protection for you while outdoors. This protection is woven into the fabric and won't wash out.
How does the invisible zipper work for breastfeeding and pumping?
Our shirts feature discreet, invisible zippers strategically placed along the princess seams for easy and quick access for breastfeeding or pumping. The zippers are designed to be smooth and lie flat against the fabric, ensuring comfort and a seamless look. Simply unzip from either side for convenient access without exposing your midriff.

How do I choose the right size and fit for my NourishGuard shirt?
We recommend consulting our detailed sizing chart available on each product page. Our shirts come in both 'loose fit' and 'fitted' styles. Consider your current bust and waist measurements, and whether you prefer a more relaxed or snug feel. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a looser fit or down for a more compressive feel.

What are the care instructions for my NourishGuard shirt?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your shirt, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors, mild detergent, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry (not in direct sunlight). Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. High heat from washer, dryer, and iron can lessen the effectiveness of UPF fabric. Avoid fabric softeners as they can affect the moisture-wicking properties.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method. We currently ship within the US and Canada.

What is your return and exchange policy?
