NourishGuard garments are thoughtfully designed to provide sun protection, coverage, and breastfeeding or pumping access for active, outdoor lifestyles. Our apparel combines performance fabrics and hidden zipper access to allow mothers to comfortably nurse or pump while enjoying activities such as hiking, walking, horseback riding, travel, recreational sports, and just lounging by the pool.

By purchasing and using NourishGuard products, you agree to the following terms.

Intended Use

NourishGuard garments are intended for:

• Outdoor and everyday wear
  
• Sun protection (UPF fabrics where labeled)
  
• Breastfeeding and pumping
  
• Light to moderate physical activity
  

Including but not limited to:

• Walking and hiking
  
• Playing sports
  
• Horseback riding
  
• Traveling
  
• Daily movement and errands

Our products are not medical devices and are not designed to treat or prevent any medical condition.

Activity & Performance Disclaimer

NourishGuard apparel is designed for functional movement and comfort, not professional athletic or protective use.

We do not guarantee:

• Performance in extreme sports
  
• Injury prevention
  
• Protection from falls, impacts, or accidents

Users assume all risks associated with physical activity while wearing NourishGuard products.

Sun Protection Notice

Where indicated, NourishGuard garments are made with UPF-rated fabrics to help block ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

However:

• UPF protection only applies to areas covered by the fabric
  
• Stretching, wear, moisture, or fabric damage may reduce effectiveness
  
• No garment provides complete sun protection

Always follow sun safety best practices, including sunscreen and shade.

Fit & Coverage Disclaimer

NourishGuard garments are designed to be worn as performance tops and may be layered over a separate nursing, pumping, or sports bra for support.

Our garments provide:

They do not provide:

• Structural breast support
  
• Compression
  
• Postural or orthopedic support

Fit, comfort, and coverage may vary based on body shape, bra worn underneath, and activity level.

Zipper & Access Features

Our garments include concealed zipper systems for breastfeeding and pumping access.

To avoid damage:

• Open and close zippers gently
  
• Avoid pulling fabric while zipping
  
• Do not force zippers

Damage caused by improper zipper use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Fabric & Skin Sensitivity

Fabric reactions vary between individuals. NourishGuard is not responsible for irritation, allergic reactions, or sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Care Instructions

To maintain performance, fit, and sun protection:

• Wash cold on gentle cycle or hand wash
  
• Use mild detergent
  
• Do not bleach
  
• Lay flat or hang to dry
  
• Do not tumble dry
  
• Avoid heat; Do not iron or dry clean
  

Improper care may reduce:

By using NourishGuard products, you acknowledge that NourishGuard is not responsible for injury, sun exposure, fabric damage, or discomfort resulting from improper use, incorrect sizing, or failure to follow care instructions.
