Returns & Exchanges Policy

At NourishGuard, we are proud to design functional, high-quality breastfeeding and pumping apparel that supports you through every stage of motherhood. Because our products are worn close to the body and often used during lactation, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards to protect all of our customers.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of NourishGuard garments (including pumping access and skin-contact fabrics), we only accept returns that meet all of the following conditions:

Items must be:

• Unworn
  
• Unwashed
  
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or deodorant
  
• In original condition
  
• With all tags, liners, and hygienic seals attached

Any item showing signs of wear or use will be refused and returned to the customer.

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Worn, washed, or altered items
  
• Items without original tags or liners
  
• Final sale or clearance items
  
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after this window may be denied.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

• The reason for your request

Do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. NourishGuard is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size
  
• Color
  
• Same product style

Exchanged items must meet the same return eligibility standards listed above.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Hygiene & Safety Notice

For the safety of breastfeeding parents and infants, all NourishGuard garments are inspected before shipping. Any return that shows signs of wear, washing, or bodily contact will be rejected.

This policy is strictly enforced.
